Overview
Rijksmuseum aims to expand their market to an unknown market - China. Based on their data, the increase of museum's Chinese visitors are skyrocketed from the last three years, who also contributed a significant scales on ticketing as well as souvenir or leisure spent in Rijksmuseum.
Therefore, the museum dedicated a special team to empower their China strategy by designing and developing a user centred mini program in dual languages. With KPN and Tencent's technical support, the App was launched in July 2020.
